Dances
Private continuous lessons to learn or improve dance skills. Quick training of 4 to 6 lessons to an individual or a group to learn a dance item to perform for a social function such as sangeet, wedding, birthday or an anniversary. Prepare and train an individual or a group to participate in dance competitions.
Dance as Exercise
The exercise format consists of stretching, rhythmic and aerobic movements. Each exercise is a group of steps from an Indian folk or classical dance. In order to provide wholesome exercise, steps have been carefully chosen from various dances of India. This program provides the skills of dances, as well as better fitness. It provides both low and high impact cardio vascular exercise. After working a few weeks with this program an individual can feel comfortable to perform a dance item. It is lively, artistic and enriching.
Workshops
Conduct a Bollywood/Bhangra dance workshop for schools, Libraries, Community Centers, and senior homes.
Indian Drums
Provide Dholak and Tabla (Indian Drums) lessons.
Laughter fitness
Provide Health Enrichment with Laughter fitness includes breathing techniques, memory-enhancement, and "laughter" exercise. This program improves memory, reduces stress, calms mind, relieves anxiety and depression, increases energy, focus and clarity, and improves general quality of health.
