Health is Wealth; an old Indian proverb signifies the importance of good health in life. An increasing number of people are becoming health conscious trying to maintain a quality life.

A need for a suitable fitness program, which is interesting, artistic and culturally oriented towards Indian values and requirements, was felt. Keeping this need in perspective, Dance to Health (DTH) Society was founded in September 1990. Director of this society introduced a program that teaches folk and classical dances of India.
