The one-hour cardiovascular exercise program consists of stretching and rhythmic and aerobic movements. Each exercise is a group of steps from an Indian folk or classical dance. In order to provide wholesome exercise, steps have been carefully chosen from fvarious dances of India. This program provides the skills of dances, as well as better fitness. After working a few weeks with this program an individual can feel comfortable to perform a dance item. It is lively, artistic and enriching.
